Bookshelf Tour: High Fantasy, Part IV

Welcome to the bookshelf tour! Previously: Nonfiction | Buddhism & Yoga | Poetry & Adult Fiction | Adult Fiction & Graphic Novels | Horror & Classics | Tolkien | Contemporary Romance | Middle Grade | Middle Grade & Classics | Harry Potter & Shadowhunters | Urban Fantasy, Part I, II, III, IV & Classics | Top of Shelves | High Fantasy, Part I, II, III. ICYMI, since I’m not on Booktube, and never will be, I wanted to travel through my shelves on a biweekly adventure on the blog. Since these are going to be pretty long, I won’t ramble on, so let’s get to it! About half of these are read, though probably only a handful are reviewed, so I’ll link to Goodreads if it’s available.

We’re so close to the end, this is crazy! Last week is the last one, and I truly don’t know what I’m going to do on Wednesdays after this is over–more discussions? More reviews? Another series like this, but who the hell knows with what? I have no idea, and I’m a tiny bit stressed out about it, but we’ve still got two more weeks, so here we go!

I don’t know how I’ve remembered these, but: elder berries, ash bark, dragon’s blood resin, valerian root, and heather flowers, all from Coven’s Cottage in Salem (and I’ve linked each herb). There’s also a miniature prayer wheel, four elemental crystals (raw carnelian for fire, rose quartz for air, tumbled tiger’s eye for earth, and I think tumbled amazonite for water), bound sage on top of the books, three golden elephants, sprigs of lavender, and the most accurate and adorable picture Erin has ever drawn of me.

And without the stuff so you can actually see the books.

Ahh that picture your friend drew is so cute! I would guess I’ve read less than half of Schwab’s books, but I did enjoy A Darker Shade of Magic when I first read it.
